老年日托所城市新型社区养老模式探索 摘要：随着我国市场经济的不断发展和城市化进程的加快，城市人口老龄化问题日益突出。社区养老作为一种综合性的养老模式日益引起关注，社区托老所作为城市社区养老模式的一种典型方式，在社区养老中发挥了重要作用。本研究论文选取上海市Z社区老年日托所为典型案例，通过对Z社区老年日托所的组织结构、运营模式、服务现状等的实证研究，探索社区养老这种新型养老模式在实际发展中的积极意义及不足，并提出相关建议。9824 关键词：养老模式，社区养老，社会工作 New community care model to explore the city - in Shanghai Z elderly day care case Abstract：With the continuous development of market economy in our country and accelerating of urbanization, urban population aging problem is increasingly prominent.
