老年用香水香精的配制设计研究 摘要：本以香奈儿的一款香水mdash;香奈儿五号为研究对象，进行老年用香水的配制设计研究。通过GC-MS分析和感官评定确定了该香水香韵组成及使用的主要原料，并拟定了配方，进行配制。通过实验不断对配方进行修正，最终得到优化后的香精配方，结果为：花香韵(50.0%~70.0%)；醛香香韵(1.0%~3.0%)；果香香韵(3.0%~8%)；辛香和豆香韵(4.0%~11%)；木香香韵(2.0%~6.0%)，膏香-琥珀香韵(3.0%~10.0%)：动物香韵（10.0%~15%）。通过感官评定，使配制的老年用香水香精的香气组成及香气结构都得到了完整的体现。11282 关键词：香水；香奈儿；配制 Formulate and study on the perfume for old people Abstract: The article studies one of the women#39;s fragrances of Chanel Ndeg;5 the method of researching and formulating the new perfume for old people.
