General Agreement-General Banking Facilities 普遍协议之融资业务（产品、工具）协议 Important Notice; 重要提示： This General Agreement-General Banking Facilities sets out the general terms and conditions upon which the Bank (as hereinafter described) would provide/continue/renew general banking facilities to borrowers in addition or supplemental to the Facility Letter hereinafter described.
