How to measure the level of human resource management in an enterprise has always been a controversial topic in the industry. In the past the point of view, many people think that an enterprise human resources management level and the level of HR itself and the ability to directly related, so they derived a lot of positioning on the HR standard, the typical administrative experts, such as HR to become a business enabler and strategic partner.
