厦门市水路运输管理规定(第二次修正)（Provisions of the Xiamen Municipality on the administration of water transport (Second Amendment)） Promulgated by the peoples Government of Xiamen Municipality (promulgated by the peoples Government)(time of promulgation)(time of implementation) Decree No. seventeenth (No.) of Xiamen Municipal Peoples Government Provisions of the Xiamen Municipality on the administration of water transport (Second Amendment) (Xiamen Municipal Peoples Government in September 29, 1995 to No. seventeenth promulgated by Decree No. 101st of Decree No. sixty-ninth of Xiamen Municipal Peoples government announced in December 29, 1997 the Xiamen Municipal Peoples Government on revising some rules of the decision and the April 16, 2002 Xiamen Municipal Peoples government announced the Xiamen Municipal Peoples Government on Abolishing and revising some regulations of the municipal governments decision Amendment) Chapter I General Provisions The second chapter is about the opening, changing and closing of shipping enterprises The third chapter, capacity increase and decrease The fourth chapter is operation management The fifth chapter is the management of waterway transportation service industry The sixth chapter rewards and punishments The seventh chapter is the supplementary provisions Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 in order to strengthen the management of water transport industry, maintain transportation market order, protect the water transport enterprises legitimate business, protect the legitimate rights and interests of shippers and passengers, to promote the development of water transportation in Xiamen City, according to the relevant laws and regulations of the state, combined with the actual situation of this Municipality, these Provisions are formulated.
