As campared with the advantages of tow kinds of softwares above ，the fast modeling to the part is carried out with Pro/ E ，and the part is impor- ted into MasterCAM to carry out the CNC machining and generate the tool path. In combination with their structural features ，each kind of finish machining tool paths characteristic is analyzed with MasterCAM. Its processing method is discussed ，and the reasonable processing pro- gram is developed. The processing quality is guaranteed and the processing efficiency is raised.
