内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业论文说明书 题 目：矿渣添加量对微晶玻璃的影响 学生姓名：刘卫 学 号：0610127113 专 业：应用物理 班 级：06级 指导教师：张雪峰 摘 要 随着工业现代化的迅猛发展，工业产量也随之迅速增加，伴随着各种尾矿废渣排放量日益剧增。目前，我国尾矿废渣综合治理和利用仍滞留于途径单一、技术含量及产品附加值低等阶段。利用尾矿，粉煤灰等工业矿渣制备微晶玻璃，为矿渣的综合利用开辟了一个新的途径，具有明显的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益。 微晶玻璃又称玻璃陶瓷或结晶化玻璃，是一种新型无机非金属材料，它具有机械强度高，绝缘性能优良，介电损耗少，介电常数稳定，热膨胀系数可在很大范围调节，耐化学腐蚀，耐磨，热稳定性好，使用温度高ABSTRACT Along with the rapid development of modern industry, industrial output and then increases rapidly, with all the residue of tailings growing emissions. At present, our country comprehensive management and utilization of tailings residues chaliapin remained in a way, content and low value-added products. Using tailing residues glass-ceramics, preparation for the comprehensive utilization of tailings opened a new approach, significant environmental benefits, social benefits and economic benefits. Crystallite glass or crystal glass ceramic and glass, is a new kind of inorganic non-metallic material, it has high mechanical strength, excellent insulating performance, dielectric loss less stable, dielectric constant coefficient, in a great extent, corrosion-resistant, wear-resisting, good thermal stability, high temperature performance, is a kind of good performance of new materials. This topic experiment with rare choose tailings and fly ash as the main raw material, adding a bit of grit and potassium nitrate, and other chemical raw materials, CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system design, crystallite glass was based glass component of crystalling phase mainly pyroxene, crystallite glass and when tailing with fly ash, different with different proportion of added, dosage of glass-ceramics preparation phase, morphology and properties, finally discovers the effect of utilization ratio of slag and introduction.
