EHR implementation consultants are a combination of multiple roles, specifically the four roles of technical experts, field consultants, educational trainers and change agents. One is technical expert. The implementation of eHR, first of all, is the implementation of technology. There are a variety of technical problems need to face the consultant in the implementation process: operating system, network environment problems, application conflict, eHR system configuration, input and output error, the performance bottleneck breakthrough......
