对企业培训的管理再思考和建议(Reconsideration and suggestion on the management of enterprise training)
Training is the enterprise in order to improve the satisfaction degree of productivity and employee occupation, an educational investment activities of enterprises of all kinds of personnel in the organization, planning and implementation of the form, through the process of employee training content into action to work effectively for the enterprise production and operation activities of the service.
Consider from the angle of investment and return, staff training into output is a long and lengthy process, it relates to the training itself — — the relevance of the training content, training methods, training the appropriateness of the timing is reasonable and other factors, but also related to the staff training of — — whether the content of absorption, is effectively applied to work activities.
