By introducing accountability, companies can more effectively manage this trend in human nature and reduce the impact of anger driven behavior on work. If you know your decision will be judged by someone, and you dont know the persons point of view, then you will unconsciously reduce the impact of anger on these decisions. When you dont know how your evaluator will evaluate your behavior, you will pay more attention to the key aspects of a thing, while ignoring the negative effects of your own emotions. The findings are important for companies and people who are half rational and emotionally troubled but who are trying to make good decisions.
