PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘 要 团购利用电子商务正在国内一些大中城市迅速发展,成为电子商务的一个新亮点,衍生出了新的团购电子商务模式。团购是服务类商家的一个电子商务平台,实际上是扩展了互联网的电子商务,原来只能买产品,现在可以买服务。 自2010年1月,中国第一家团购网站“满座网”上线之后,美团网、拉手网、糯米网等团购网站相继上线,一时间,形成了团购网站遍地开花的局面。 本文收集与整理了大量的信息,在前人理论与实践的基础上,运用管理学和市场营销学的知识,在分析中国网络团购市场的发展现状和环境基础上,介绍了拉手网,总结出拉手网经营中存在的问题,并针对其问题,提出对应的策略,最后得出结论并对全文进行总结。 本文的研究可以对拉手网未来的健康发展起到积极的作用,减少大量的盲目建设所带来的损失,同时对其他团购网站公司的健康发展,增强各家团购网站公司的竞争实力有一定的参考价值,有助于整个网络团购行业的优化和规范,使这个行业积极健康的发展。 关键词:团购网,营销策略,拉手网 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II Abstract Group purchase using e-commerce is developing rapidly in some domestic large and medium-sized cities, become a new highlight of e-commerce, spawned new group buying patterns for e-business. Group buying is one of the service class business e-commerce platform, is actually the extension of the Internet e-commerce, it can only buy the products, you can now buy services. This paper collecting and sorting lots of information, on the basis of the predecessors theory and practice, using the knowledge of management and marketing, on the analysis of present situation and the development of Chinas network group buying market environment, based on the introduced lashou, summed up the lashou problems existing in the management, and aiming at the problems, put forward the corresponding strategy, and finally draw the conclusion to summarize full text.
