我国区际产业转移对区域均衡发展的影响研究
———基于数理模型的证据

［摘 要］我国区际产业转移是加快产业结构调整和统筹区域协调发展的重要途径。该文在空间经济
学的自由资本模型基础上，通过数理推导和数值模拟揭示区际产业转移与区域主要经济变量之间的相互
作用机制。研究发现，在市场机制作用下，东部和中西部的市场规模决定了两地产业份额的空间分布，进而
决定区域间实际收入差距。为此，政府需要通过在东西部地区实行差别化的要素流动政策,促进区际产业
转移,才可能改变这种产业分布非对称情况下的自我强化机制，促进区域协调发展。

Research on Influence of Regional Industrial Transfer on Regional Balanced Development
———Evidence based on mathematical model

Abstract: The interregional industrial transfer of our country is an important way to accelerate industrial
restructuring and overall regional coordinated development. Based on the Footloose Capital Model of spatial
economics, through mathematical derivation and numerical simulation, this paper reveals the interaction
mechanism between regional industrial transfer and the main economic variables, and finds that under the
condition of market mechanism, market size determines the industry spatial distribution, thus determining the
actual income gap between eastern and mid-western regions. Therefore the government should take
differential policy of factor movements to change this self-reinforcing mechanism caused by asymmetric
situation of industrial distribution, thus promoting coo
