[Abstract] Based on the review of the development of the salary system, this paper analyzes the future trend of the salary system reform, and hopes to help the reform of the salary system of the enterprise.
Salary system; reform; enterprise
Salary has broad and narrow sense. Broad pay includes both economic and non economic rewards. Economic remuneration is the amount of money that can be expressed in the form of money or can be measured in terms of money, such as employee salaries, allowances, etc.. Rather than economic reward, it means that money can not be expressed in the form of money, or can not be measured in terms of money, such as employees sense of achievement, satisfaction, etc.. Narrow sense salary refers to economic compensation, and the salary mentioned in this article refers to salary in narrow sense.
To put it simply, compensation is the reward for working for a worker.
