对现代企业薪酬管理模式的思考(Thinking about salary management mode of modern enterprise) The salary management of modern enterprise management is the basic and key work, it is a double-edged sword for the enterprise “ ”, used properly can be done on the positive and effective talent incentive in the enterprise profit realization; improper use may bring to the enterprise personnel management, development of production benefit and long-term crisis. Therefore, the exploration and establishment of a new, scientific and systematic salary management system plays an important role in the enterprises competitive advantage. The traditional salary management model cant adapt to the existence and development of modern enterprise more and more. It is the key and difficult point of enterprise management to find more scientific and reasonable salary management mode. Therefore, the formation of a scientific salary management model is an important issue we should overcome. The author believes that the enterprise pay management has the following three models, worth exploring and drawing lessons from: First, broadband salary model Broadband salary is the evaluation and classification of enterprise position system, a large number of jobs will become number of ranks, each rank increase on the compensation range (the so-called broadband), this reduction in rank chain at the same time, increase the salary difference between different performance. The good thing about this is that employees dont have to think about what kind of position theyre looking for, but what they think about his role in the company. It can be said that broadband salary is a design idea with a change of color salary pattern, which can create a performance and ability oriented corporate culture in the enterprise.
