实践探索 Practice and Exploration 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者 家属参与健康教育的实践与效果 王凌娟 吕静霞 刘鹏 [ 摘 要] 目的:探讨家属参与健康教育在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者管理中的应用效果。方法:将 100 例OSAHS患者按入院顺序分为对照组与试验组,对照组使用常规健康教育方法,对患者进行入院宣教、出院指导及随访等; 试验组在此基础上,采取家属参与健康教育的模式。干预时间 6 个月,观察两组患者干预前及干预6 个月后的呼吸暂停低通气 指数(AHI)、最低血氧饱和度 (SPO )及白天Epworth 嗜睡评分(ESS)。结果:干预后,试验组患者的AHI及ESS 低于对照组, 2 SPO 高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);试验组患者的自护行为能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论: 2 家属参与健康教育更有利于 OSAHS患者症状及相关指标的改善,对患者自护行为能力提高有明显的促进作用,但在实施中要有 针对性,注重患者及其家属的个体化需求。 [ 关键词 ] OSAHS;健康教育;家属参与 [中图分类号] R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2013.02.031 Application of family members to participate in health education for the patients with OSAHS / WANG Ling-juan, LYU Jing-xia, LIU Peng // The Fifth Ward, Qingzhou Invalides Hospital,Shandong provenice,262500 China /// Chinese Nursing Management- 2013,13(2): 98-101 [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the management effects of health education including families participation in patients who have obstructive sleep apnea pause and hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods: A total of 100 OSAHS patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group used conventional education methods including patients admission, discharge instructions and follow-up. Experimental group involved family members to participate in the health education. The apnea-hypopnea index (AHI), lowest oxygen saturation (SPO2) and daytime Epworth sleepiness score (ESS) were observed before and after six months intervention.
