经心内膜右房线形消融治疗心房颤动的安全性评价（Safety evaluation of endocardial atrial linear ablation for atrial fibrillation） Safety evaluation of endocardial atrial linear ablation for atrial fibrillation 2009-08-24 Guo Wei Huang Congxin Jiang Hong Tang Qizhu Wang Teng Li Dong Delta Li Yan Qi Shuhui Wang Xiaohong Wang Jinming Li Gengshan * In order to study with right atrial linear ablation of atrial fibrillation (AF) and the safety of 12 dogs by intravenous infusion of acetylcholine and (or) electrical stimulation of atrial fibrillation model, observe the pathological changes before and after radiofrequency catheter ablation in dogs. The results showed that: compared with before ablation, sinus rhythm after ablation (150.82 + 36.71 + 30.99 BPM vs 163.67 BPM), sinus P wave duration (73.64 + 16.80ms vs 69.58 + 12.14ms), PR interval (120.73 + 26.29ms vs 114.02 + 19.21ms), corrected sinus node recovery time (76.25 + 18.87ms vs 72.50 + 11.90ms), right atrial pressure (0.49 + 0.06 + 0.08 kPa vs 0.46 kPa) and atrial natriuretic peptide (0.48 ng/ml + 0.11 vs 0.50 + 0.07 ng/ml) there were no significant difference (P 0.05). Serum creatine kinase in immediately after ablation significantly increased (525.95 + 426.49 U / L vs 115.27 + 28.70 U/L, P0.01), but after 14 days compared with before ablation has no significant difference (U/L 114.02 + 23.35 vs 115.27 + 28.70 U/L, P0.05). Complications occurred in 4 dogs, 1 of them injured sinus node, 2 of them had huge mural thrombus, and the other 1 had transient atrial premature beat and short atrial tachycardia. The results suggest that the linear ablation of the right atrium may be safer.
