经皮肾动脉成形术治疗肾血管性高血压的近期疗效（The short-term effect of percutaneous renal angioplasty in treatment of renovascular hypertension） The short-term effect of percutaneous renal angioplasty in treatment of renovascular hypertension 2009-12-14 Hu Li, Du Zhimin, Li Xiangmin, Ma Hong [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the short-term effect of percutaneous transluminal renal angioplasty (PTRA) on renal vascular hypertension and its influencing factors. Methods PTRA was performed in 22 cases of renal artery stenosis with different causes (9 cases of Takayasu arteritis, 7 cases of fibrous dysplasia and 6 cases of atherosclerosis). After the operation, we observed the immediate technical success indicators, and reviewed blood pressure and serum creatinine levels to determine the clinical efficacy of PTRA. Results the successful rate of immediate radiography was 95% (21/22). Hypertension was improved in 100% of the patients, and blood pressure was reduced to normal in 8 patients (36%), and blood pressure was improved in 14 patients (64%). Renal function was improved in 9 patients. No serious complications occurred. Conclusion the above data suggest that PTRA has good short-term curative effect and is a safe and effective treatment.
