谈男性不育患者解脲脲原体的检测（Detection of Ureaplasma urealyticum in male infertility patients） Detection of Ureaplasma urealyticum in male infertility patients Date: 08, 25 [Abstract] Objective: to understand the pathogenesis of male sterility caused by Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) infection in male reproductive system. Methods: the UU infection in normal and infertile group was compared, and the content of fructose, nitric oxide (NO) and acrosome reaction in seminal plasma of UU infected infertile group and normal growth group were detected. Abstract: the infertility group UU infection rate and there was significant difference between the normal control group (P%26lt; 0.01), UU infection group and normal control group compared with sterile NO concentration, acrosome reaction had significant difference (P%26lt; 0.01), while no significant changes in fructose content. Conclusion: UU infection in male reproductive system leads to lower levels of fructose in seminal plasma, higher NO concentration and lower acrosome reaction, thus affecting sperm quality. Effective treatment of UU infection in the reproductive system is important for the treatment of male infertility.
