闭合性骨盆骨折并发膀胱破裂28例（Closed pelvic fracture complicated with rupture of bladder report of 28 cases） Closed pelvic fracture complicated with rupture of bladder: report of 28 cases 2009-12-16 Huang Yaofeng Jiang Wensheng In our department from December 1980 to December 1996, 28 cases of closed pelvic fracture complicated with rupture of bladder were treated. Clinical data There were 28 cases, 21 males and 7 females, aged 10~64 years. Cause of injury: 20 cases were caused by traffic accident, injury and crush injury in 8 cases, with pelvic fracture. Rupture of bladder: 8 cases at the top, 4 cases in the neck, 14 cases in the anterior wall, and 2 cases in the bottom. The crack length is 4 to 12cm. There were 21 cases of peritoneum, 5 cases of peritoneum type, 2 cases of mixed type. There were 2 cases of hepatic rupture, 3 cases of splenic rupture, 2 cases of rupture of rectum and small intestine, 4 cases of craniocerebral injury, 5 cases of posterior urethral injury, 4 cases of multiple fractures, and 22 cases of shock. There were 20 cases of oliguria and 8 cases of oliguria after injury. Blood pressure was measured in 22 patients (/6kPa) (1kPa=7.5mmHg). Peritoneal irritation occurred in 25 cases and localized peritonitis in 8 cases. 6 cases of urethral orifice bleeding. There were 14 cases of retroperitoneal space and huge hematoma outside the peritoneum. In addition to indwelling urethral catheter in 5 cases of urethral injuries, urine injection test was performed in 20 cases, 19 cases were positive, 1 cases were suspicious. 3 cases of blood abdominal examination laparotomy, no water injection test. 6 cases of bladder radiography were positive, 16 cases were abdominal puncture, 14 cases were positive, and the abdominal fluid pH was acid. Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) 15mmol/L was 18. Treatment and outcome Anti shock treatment was performed in 22 patients with shock, while intravenous infusion of 1, 6, two, fructose phosphate (FDP) 50 to 100ml. Bladder repair and extravasation
