Methods: KF-C18 (250 mm * 4.6 mm, 10 m) for the analysis column, the mobile phase of 1 mol.L-1 phosphate buffer methanol water -pH 3.5 (40 / 55 / 5); the column temperature is 45 DEG C; the detection wavelength was 335 nm; the flow rate was 1 mL.min-1, the area external standard method. Results: the linear range was 3.12 * 10-3 to 0.20 g, and the average recovery was 96.96% ~ 101.5%, RSD 0.69% (n=3). Conclusion: this method is simple, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of the content and quality standard of high content of the granule.
