摘 要 90 例耳鸣患者的临床特征分析 研究生：田欢 导师：刘立中 摘 要 目的：研究耳鸣患者耳鸣的临床特征，变化规律，及耳鸣产生的影响等，为耳 鸣的临床诊治提供依据。方法：选择 2009 年 5 月～2009 年 6 月就诊于新疆医科大 学第一附属医院耳鼻喉科门诊的主观性耳鸣患者，由同一调查人员，以统一的调查 问卷，对所有的研究对象应用相同的方法提出同样的问题，进行病史和耳鸣问卷的 询问并记录。结果：1）耳鸣在老年人群中较为常见，年轻患者占耳鸣患者的比例 较以往的研究明显增加。2 ）就诊的患者有一半以上为病程在三个月以内的急性期耳 鸣患者，长期慢性耳鸣的患者往往能够适应耳鸣、习惯耳鸣，而不就诊，只有在耳 鸣加重、听力下降或者严重影响生活时才就诊。3 ）本次研究中双侧耳鸣多于单侧耳 鸣，颅鸣少见。4 ）耳鸣响度对患者的影响程度有统计学差异，耳鸣声越响，对患者 的影响程度越大。5 ）无既往全身疾病史的患者与有既往全身疾病史的患者的耳鸣响 度无明显差异，既往全身疾病史对耳鸣的响度无影响。结论：总结 90 名主观性耳 鸣患者的人口特征和临床特征，为进一步的临床诊疗提供依据。 关键词：耳鸣； 临床特征； 分析 —1— 新疆医科大学医学硕士学位论文 Characteristics of tinnitus:an investigation of 90 patients Postgraduate:Tian Huan Supervisor:Lizhong Liu Abstract Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics of tinnitus patients. will provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus. Methods: In this study, we have conducted a questionnaire of 90 patients who suffer subjective tinnitus and visit of the Otolaryngology-head and Neck Surgery of the Xinjiang Medical University from May to June of 2009, and take a record.
