一类传染病模型的稳定性分析 宋贽，惠淑荣，陶桂洪 （沈阳农业大学 理学院，沈阳 110866） 摘要：近年来研究发现，染病者不同个体病毒水平差异很大，传染力也不同。如果疾病传播与传染力相关，其差异可以帮助解释疾病传播中某些费解现象，并且正是由于这种差异，一小部分染病者个体可能是疾病传播的主要因素，因此，本文建立一个传染病模型来研究传染力不同对疾病的影响，应用现代数学中的微分方程理论和非线性动力学的方法，得到了疾病传播的基本再生数，并进行了模拟仿真。 关键词：传染病模型；全局稳定性；基本再生数；阈值 Stability Analysis for an Epidemic Model SONG Zhi , HUI Shu-rong* , TAO Gui-hong (College of Science, Shenyang Agricultural University, Shenyang 110866, China) Abstract: Recent studies in infected individuals show that viral levels vary widely between individuals. If infections are correlated with infectiousness, these variations explain puzzling results from infections transmission studies and suggest that a small subset of infected people may be responsible for a disproportionate number of infections, therefore, we use a model to study the impact of variations in infectiousness, applying ordinary equation theory and nonlinear dynamics methods, we derive the reproductive number, and carry out numerical simulations.
