Ｃｕ／ Ａｌ双辊异温铸轧复合界面局部熔合机理

摘 要：以传统双辊铸轧工艺为基础，采用金属熔体触辊凝固制备Ｃｕ、Ａｌ 带坯并轧制复合，利用高温Ｃｕ 带与Ａｌ 带
强压接触传热及其产生的Ａｌ 带表面浅层熔化现象，提出一种基于界面“局部熔合”的Ｃｕ／ Ａｌ 双辊异温铸轧复合工
