广州市鼓励留学人员来穗工作规定（Guangzhou encourages overseas students to work in accordance with the provisions of the Sui Dynasty） Promulgated by the peoples Government of Guangzhou Municipality (promulgated by the peoples Government)(time of promulgation)(time of implementation) Decree No. seventy-sixth (No.) of Guangzhou Municipal Peoples Government Guangzhou encourages overseas students to work in accordance with the provisions of the Sui Dynasty The regulations for encouraging overseas students to come to work in Guangzhou have been discussed and adopted by the 21 executive meeting of the fourteenth session of the municipal government in June 25, 2012. They are hereby promulgated and shall come into force on October 1, 2012. Two, one or two, July 8th Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the actual conditions of this Municipality in order to encourage overseas students to work in the Sui Dynasty, to play the role of overseas students in their specialty and to make connections with other countries, and to build strong talents and strong markets. Second students who meet one of the following conditions shall, after having been identified and obtained relevant certificates, enjoy the preferential treatment provided for by these regulations: (1) personnel who are sent to study abroad at their own expense and who have obtained masters or higher degrees abroad; (two) after obtaining a graduate degree or above in China, a person who has studied abroad for 1 years or more as a visiting scholar, or who has been engaged in post doctoral research and has achieved certain scientific research results. Those who work in Guangzhou, Macao and Taiwan in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph (1) and (two) of the qualifications, academic degrees and achievements of the preceding paragraph shall be subject to the provisions of these regulations.
