First lesson: strategic business challenges
Based on your highest goals and aspirations, how can you create a better future for you and your company?. An amazing business challenge allows you to create an inspiring and efficient organization that will maintain sustainable profit growth.
Ask yourself whether you have a big ambition, such as being the head of your company, a business leader, or the boss of your new company. Then ask yourself if you have the same expectations for your company. For example, set up an inspiring, efficient organization, an institution that can release human spirit and trigger real action.
Can you express your expectations of the company with an inspirational view that captures peoples thoughts and hearts, or values that are really in keeping with what people need?
Now, from your changing views and values to the real world, do you have a strategic goal or intention to gain competitive space or become a company rallying cry? If you have a twenty-first Century and ten years on the moon as a magnificent goal, and it will be written in the office building of the hall; then you have no structure to achieve the goal, so that the materials are all in place, so as to overcome various difficulties, and let everyone in the company every day dedicated?
Finally, as a leader who can do all this, what do you need to be?
