多约束条件下的中厚板生产线订单生产交付模式探讨

摘要通过分析炼钢炉次、钢种连浇、浇次、生产负荷、冶金条件、新产品试制等约束条件对生产计划编
制的影响，济钢从异钢种合炉次冶炼、内控成分冶炼、国标判定、“消化”库存、“整数加分数”、拆分式、“柔性”等
多个生产计划编制模式对约束条件进行了分解，并应用到生产计划编制当中，取得了良好的效果。
