The enhancement of technology literacy helps students use proper technology to better interpret, interact, and produce in class. By way of examining how digital storytelling is incorporated into advanced Chinese instruction, this study shows how the enhancement of technology literacy can be achieved through proper design, assignment, and assessment of content-based and technology-informed course projects. It focuses on how digital storytelling can encourage students to mobilize their linguistic, research, analytical, and critical thinking skills to produce meaningful multimedia texts in Chinese, therefore further improve
