湖南省农村经济与农村金融协调发展分析 作者：韩亚清 摘要：农村经济是国民经济的重要组成部分，随着新农村建设和全面建成小康社会进程的加快及农村产业结构调整与农业产业化的发展，农村金融需求越来越多。在影响农村经济增长的各种因素中，金融服务的作用越来越重要，农民收入的提高和农村经济的增长都离不开金融的支持。然而长期以来，与城市金融相比，农村金融体系的改革和发展相对缓慢，远不能满足新农村建设和全面建成小康社会及农业产业化发展与农民创业致富的需求，农村金融服务供给与农村经济需求严重失衡和不协调，信贷等金融保险服务不足，成为制约农业现代化和新型城镇化建设和农村经济发展与农民生活水平提高的重要因素。在当前建设社会主义新农村、加快农村新型城镇化的大背景下，建立一套与农村经济发展和“三农”金融需求相适应的农村金融供给体系势在必行，其意义尤为重大。本文紧密结合湖南省农村经济金融实际，针对湖南省农村金融发展缓慢远不能满足农村经济发展与新农村建设需求的现状，对湖南省农村金融服务供给与农村经济发展需求进行分析，为制定湖南省农村经济金融发展战略，尽快扭转经济金融不协调局面，促进湖南农村经济的持续增长，更好地服务“三农”和新农村建设提供参考和借鉴。 关键词：农村；经济金融；协调发展；分析；建议 Abstract: Abstract: the rural economy is an important part of the national economy, with the new rural construction and completion of a comprehensive well-off society advancement and speed up the adjustment of rural industrial structure and agricultural industry of development, rural financial demand more and more.
