DSA旋转造影技术在输卵管造影及再通中应用[摘要] 目的：探讨利用数字减影血管造影机进行子宫输卵管旋转造影对不孕症的诊断和治疗价值。方法：Philip-V5000数字减影血管造影机；Medrad MARK V Plus高压注射器；JAS-2500 套装（Cook 公司），内有5F单弯导管、带木柄粗导丝、3 F 微导管及与其配套的0.021 英寸微导丝各1条；输卵管造影和再通术手术包；造影剂优维显300等。对本科2009年5月~2010年5月介入室所做的输卵管造影和再通术，共680例患者的影像资料进行分析。结果：旋转组对输卵管狭窄的检出率要明显优于非旋转组，在输卵管再通术中，再通成功率明显提高，手术时间和透视摄影时间均大大缩短，造影剂的用量也明显减少。结论：在子宫输卵管造影与再通术中DSA旋转造影和传统DSA相比，可以提高输卵管狭窄疾病的检出率，对输卵管再通术有较好的指导意义。 [关键词] DSA旋转造影；输卵管造影；输卵管再通术 [中图分类号] R814.43 [文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1674-4721（2010）11（a）-092-02 Application of DSA spin imaging and angiography in the fallopian tube recanalization LI Jun, WU Xingjie (Department of Radiology,The First Hospital, Guangdong College of Pharmacy, GuangdongProvince,Guangzhou 510080, China) [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the use of digital subtraction angiography for imaging of the uterine tubal infertility rotating the diagnosis and therapeutic value. On our department from May 2009 to May 2010 did Salpingography intervention room and recanalization, a total of 680 cases of patient image data for analysis. Results: The rotating group of tubal stenosis detection rate was significantly better than the non-rotation group, in the fallopian tube recanalization, reperfusion significantly increased the success rate, operative time and fluoroscopy time were significantly shortened photography, contrast agents had significantly reduced the amount. Conclusion: Hysterosalpingography and Recanalization DSA compared with rotational angiography and conventional DSA, the disease can improve the detection rate of the narrow tube, fallopian tube recanalization of the better guide.
