绩效考核办法
前 言 为规范公司对员工的考察与评价,特制定本制度。企业在既定的战略目标下,运用特定的标准和指标,对员工过去的工作行为及取得的工作业绩进行评估,并运用评估的结果对员工将来的工作行为和工作业绩产生正面引导的过程和方法。促进上下级的沟通及时、公正地对员工过去一段时间的工作绩效进行评估,肯定成绩,发现问题,为下一阶段工作的绩效改进做好准备。作为晋级、解雇和调整岗位人事激励措施的依据作为确定绩效工资的依据。让被考评者了解考核的程序、方法和时间等事宜,提高考核的透明度。 考核的依据是公司的各项制度,公司对员工的经营业绩指标及相关的管理指标,员工实际工作中的客观事实;同时考核必须公开、透明、人人平等、一视同仁。以事实为依据进行评价与考核,避免主观臆断和个人情感因素的影响。开放沟通原则:通过考核者与被考评者沟通,解决被考评者工作中存在的问题与不足。及时提倡考核结果用不同方式与被评者见面,使之诚心接受,并允许其申诉或解释。差别性原则:对不同类型的人员进行考核内容要有区别。
常规性原则:将考核工作纳入日常管理,成为常规性管理工作。
发展性原则:考核的目的在于促进人员和团队的发展与成长,而不是惩罚。
立体考核原则:增强考核结果的信度与效度。 考核结果的反馈 应与本人见面,将考核结果的优缺点告诉被评人,鼓励其发扬优点、改正缺点、再创佳绩。
