China） Abstract: Based on the definition of real estate industrial ecologilization, the necessity of the realization of real estate industrial ecologilization in China is analyzed from four aspects, which include inevitable choice of the real estate industry development mode’s transition, the objective requirement of economic globalization and low-carbonization to the real estate industry, the essential topic in the process of quick urbanization, and the objective requirement of real estate industry during its process back to rationality. Then, four routes to realize real estate industrial ecologilization are proposed, which contain real estate corporation ecologilization, real estate product ecologilization, real estate market ecologilization, and the balanced development between real estate industry and national economy. In the end, relevant legal mechanism and market mechanism are suggested to be built and consummated to safeguard the realization of real estate industrial ecologilization in China.
