外斐氏反应 肥达氏反应(Weils reaction) Weils reaction [definition] Weils reaction: non specific agglutination of Proteus, OXl9, OX2 and OXK with common bacterial antigen of Rickettsia was used to detect the presence of antibodies against Rickettsia in the sera of patients. An external Felix reaction, also called Proteus agglutination test, is used to diagnose acute infectious diseases such as epidemic typhus and tsutsugamushi disease [English abbreviation] WFR [specimen collection] Venous blood 2ml, not anticoagulant, isolated serum was measured. [normal reference value] Bacillus Proteus OX19, OX2, OXK, agglutination valence 1:80. [clinical significance] The human body is Rickettsia infection, antibodies produced gradually in serum, the antibody within 5 ~ 12 days, and months after disappeared, the general agglutination titer above 1:160 or during the course of the disease was significantly increased the diagnostic significance. The most common Rickettsia diseases in China are typhus and tsutsugamushi disease. Epidemic typhus (OX19 positive rate 100%); endemic typhus (OX19 in 1:200 ~ 1:800); patients with tsutsugamushi disease (in the first week after Oxk 14% at 1:80, fourth weeks up to 80%); brucellosis, relapsing fever patients; pregnant women increased slightly.
