我国高职教育产学合作办学中存在的问题及对策（Problems and Countermeasures in the cooperation of production and education in Higher Vocational Education in China） Problems and Countermeasures in the cooperation of production and education in Higher Vocational Education in China Xiong Jun, Zhou Huiqing Abstract: the higher vocational education in our country started late, and the combination of production and education is still in the initial stage of exploration. Many basic 1-1 questions need to be solved. In order to realize the goal of training highly qualified and skilled personnel, the combination of production and learning has become the breakthrough point of the reform of higher vocational education mode. On the basis of discussing the problems existing in the cooperation of production and education in Higher Vocational Education in China, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the cooperation of production and education in Higher Vocational Education in china. Key words: higher vocational education; cooperation between production and learning; running school; problem; countermeasure I. problems existing in the cooperation between production and education in Chinas Higher Vocational Education (1) the state lacks the mandatory legal norms and defines the dominant position of enterprises in Higher Vocational Education Compared to the western developed countries, there is no specific legal provisions to clarify the principal position of enterprises in Higher Vocational education. Chinas Vocational Education Law (1996) twentieth and twenty-eight, two provisions of the law clearly defined the enterprise for staff pre job training and on-the-job training responsibilities and obligations. Occupation education law stipulates that the thirty-seventh enterprises should accept the school students and teachers. But the practice of legal liability is not mandatory, but only a legal obligation should be, even if the enterprise does not perform the obligation, also will be subject to appr
