药理学名词解释1（Interpretation of pharmacological terms 1） Drugs: chemicals used to treat, prevent, and diagnose disease. Pharmacology: the study of the laws and principles of the interaction of drugs with the body or pathogen. Pharmacodynamics: the discipline of studying the effects and mechanisms of drugs on the body to elucidate the mechanisms by which drugs are directed against disease. Pharmacokinetics: the study of the dynamics of the organisms treatment of drugs. Including the absorption, distribution, biotransformation (metabolism) and excretion process of drugs in the body, especially the law of blood concentration changes with time. General pharmacological research: the study of the broad pharmacological effects of new drugs. It is mainly concerned with the effects of drugs on the mind, nervous system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system and other systems.
