保险学院论中国股票市场扩容 与发展的关系研究我国股市在某种程度上只注重“扩容发展”，没有理顺“监管”与“改革”、“发展”的关系。我国股市的“圈钱”体制，粗放式扩张，虽然使股市得到了跳跃式的扩容，但累进的结构性制度性矛盾越来越突出。由于我们没有相应的针对“规范化”市场运作机制的主动的战略性的建设方案，在瓦解的同时没有建立流动力提高机制。这样做的严重消极影响就是：随着我国股市流动力提高机制的不断被削弱被瓦解，我国股市的运行安全正收到严重威胁。文章从我国实际情况出发,阐述了我国当前大力发展企业市场的必要性。改变中国股市的发展模式刻不容缓，大扩容的发展模式，就是高速铁路大跃进发展的翻版。中国高速铁路大跃进发展模式的惨痛教训不得不汲取呀！中国股市不能是为造富而造富，不能给贫富差距已经很悬殊的中国社会雪上加霜，不能使社会矛盾更加复杂尖锐。在市场说了还不能算的条件下，政府监管部门的发行机制应该完善，不能让个别贪官操纵，不能让机构绑架政府，不能让酒色迷住了专家的眼睛，更不能让过度包装、弄虚作假者上市骗钱。如果做不到这些，中国股市还不如真正让市场去调控，至少市场会更公正、公平些。让中国股市变成国人投资一个有效场所，而不是投机的赌场，需要做的工作很多，对上市公司完善强制分红的制度是必然的选择。 出于这样的考虑，笔者选择了我国企业债券作为主要的研究对象，从企业债券的功能入手，分析在我国发展企业债券的必要性与可行性。本文总共包括五大部分，其结构与内容如下第一部分，我国市场目前存在的问题第部分，从我国国情出发，结合的三大功能，分析发展我国的可行性。第部分，分析我国融资现状，指出现在发展我国企业债券市场的迫切性。第部分，结合我国国情，以及的功能，提出几点我国发展的对策和建议。 关键字融资方式必要性Abstract Chinas stock market in some extent only pay attention to expansion development, not straighten out monitoring and reform, and development of the relationship.
