十二指肠溃疡症状--仅供参考（Duodenal ulcer symptoms - for reference only） What are the symptoms of duodenal ulcer? 1. pain and pain are prominent symptoms of duodenal ulcer. At least 90% of cases had pain. Some patients had no pain, but they felt epigastric discomfort. A small number of patients can have no symptoms at all, known as asymptomatic peptic ulcer disease. About 10% of the patients, the first hint of ulcer disease is hematemesis, melena or signs of a combination of the two. In very few patients, the initial symptom of ulceration is acute perforation. (1) location and radiation of pain: duodenal ulcer pain is located between the xiphoid and umbilicus, more in the upper abdomen, either side of the midline, usually on the right side. The range of pain is often very limited. The patient can clearly point out the pain area with one or two fingers, and the diameter is about 2 to 10cm. The pain areas of some duodenal ulcer patients can be atypical. Sometimes the primary part of the pain is on the right upper quadrant rather than the upper abdomen near the midline. This is more common in the posterior duodenal ulcer or the penetrating ulcer of the liver, pancreas, gallbladder, or stomach, liver, retina. Occasionally, the pain is between T7 and T12 in the midline of the back, while the upper abdominal pain is extremely slight or absent. The pain in this region is most common in the back of the ulcer. The pain of the individual duodenal ulcer patient is below the umbilicus and in the lower right abdomen. There is no satisfactory explanation for the cause of such an unusual pain site. It may be the result of an enhanced gastric and ileal reflex with a dysfunction of the ileocecal sphincter. The pain of duodenal ulcer can range from the midline of the abdomen to other sites, such as the back, ribs, and chest.
