2013年暑假“引智培训”小结My summary Twelve-day’s training will be over soon. And I am very happy to get to know Mr Brown and Ms Maria. They are both rich-experienced teachers. I learnt a lot from them. First, they are very careful with their work. I believe that they made a very good preparation before they go into their classes. And you will not feel bored in their lessons, because there are so many topics, so many pictures, so many songs, so many games,and so many whatever. Second, though Ms Maria and Mr Brown are not young,they are still energetic and lovely. They always tried their best to make us be interested in their lessons. I really like the knowledge they brought me. They made me know American culture better. And I really like the songs and tongue twisters they gave me. And at last I am glad to get a souvenir from Ms Maria. It’s a good idea to be kind to my students. My English teacher is Sandra. She is Canadian. She is a kind ,helpful, charming and hardworking teacher. In these days, we discussed happily about students, occupations, hobbies and so on. We asked so many questions and Sandra answered them completely. A teacher asked: “ How to be a good teacher?” This question impressed me deeply, because all of us hope to be a good teacher. Sandra said: “ Firstly, a good teacher should be open-minded, so students will come and talk to him/her. Also, she/he needs to keep learning things. The world is changing. A teacher should learn new things in the teaching field. A knowledgeable teacher can teach the students not only knowledge on text books , but also those beyond.
