Clinical Study of Treating Bile reflux gastritis of syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach with Jiang-ni-jie-yu-tang Specialty：Gastroenterology Internal Medicine of TCM. Author ：Zhang Chunlan Tutor：Professor Lu Guangchao Abstract Objective:To observe the effect of Jiangnijieyutang(JNJYT) on Bile reflux gastritis(BRG)，and explore the mechanism of it. Methods: 60 patients with BRG were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group and the control group. The treatment one was given JNJYT ，and the control one was given Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets and Ray Bella of intestinal sodium tablets.Four weeks were set as a course of treatment.The clinical effects of each group were observed during the course and the follow-up survey of 6 months.Results: The effective of syndrome of TCM 、 enteroscopy observing of the treatment group are superior to that of the control group (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜0.05). JNJYT can obviously improve the symptoms such as Stomach burning pain discomfort or dull pain ，noisy ，fullness、mouth pain 、anorexia、nausea 、irritable mood etc.than Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets and Ray Bella of intestinal sodium tablets(P ＜0.01 or P ＜0.05).Conclusions:JNJYT is in force in the treatment of BRG. The mechanism of this therapy may be immediately involved in promoting gastrointestinal motility 、acid suppression、to improve mucosal blood flow 、to enhance the mucosal barrier,anti-inflammatory etc. Key words ：Jiang-ni-jie-yu-tang(JNJYT) ；Bile reflux gastritis(BRG) ；syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach ；Clinical study. 目 录
