There, howerver, isa deficiency problem ofthedatum markwhen only intersatelitemeasurementsofrange is used. To solve thisproblem, this paper presents anew methodthat afew ground-basedradio emittersshouldworkrandomly to offerthe benchmark, andthe constellation satellites should estimate their position and velocity for the whole network, based on the fusion of crosslink pseudo-rangemeasurementsandground-basedmeasurements. It isaimedto improvetheorbit determinationaccuracyulteriorly. Finally, the simulation resultsprove the rationality andvalidity ofthismethod.
