I. the growth of Haier

(1) Haiers brand strategy.
The core of famous brand is superior quality on one hand and excellent service on the other hand. Between 1984 and 1991, Haier focused on quality management and made only one refrigerator for 7 years. Haier made a vivid metaphor of management: business is on the slope of the ball, a business bigger and bigger, we must rely on the two forces, one is only the power, can not let the ball slip down, this is the basis of management; the other is a rising force, namely innovation, on the slopes the ball does not enter retreat.
