The following products are not required (not included in the kit): Suspension 2ml (70700) or 3ml (#70 640) (eg with ATB); Reagent: VP reagent A (#70 570) and VP reagent B (#70 580); NIT reagent 1 (#70 440) and NIT reagent 2 (#70, 450); FB reagent (#70 560); - paraffin oil (#70 100); - ATB electronic sampler (#99 040) or applicator (#15 740) and Tip head (#15 710); - turbidity meter: turbidity meter (99234) or ATB turbidity meter or wheat standard turbidity tube (#7090 0); - ATB Express instrument or micro API instrument and its identification software; - ampoule pipe holder (#70 200). - sealing tin Laboratory equipment to be equipped with: - 37 incubator - Fridge Bunsen burner or alcohol burner - marker pen. Ingredients of culture medium and reagent Suspension 2ml or 3ml distilled water VP A reagent, 5ml KOH 20g Distilled Water 100ml Corrosive R3
