M ethods: Intraartic lar etanercept ( 25m g) w ere given to 31 patientsw ith flare of arthritis in their s ingle joint ( 18 patients in knee, 5 patients in ankle, 5 patients inw rist, and 3 patients in elbow respectively) pon ltrason ic locations. An effi cacy eval ation w as com pleted before each injection and one week thereafter.
