兰 州 交 通 大 学 继 续 教 育 学 院 毕 业 设 计 （论 文） 专业（班级）： 工程管理10级二班 指 导 教 师： 郝 伟 学 生 姓名 ： 仲 健 学 号: 100018109 六景至钦州港公路路面工程施工组织设计 摘要 本文通过对六景至钦州港公路路面工程施工组织的初步设计，对一个分部分项工程有了一个全面的认识。在科学合理的基础上，统筹布局，使设计在施工中发挥最大的组合优势。全文重点从以下几点做一阐述： 1、施工任务组织分工及程序安排。针对项目自身特点，设立项目经理部，下设工程管理部、计划财务部、设备物资部、质量安全部，综合试验室和综合办公室，共计四部二室六个职能部门，对本标段工作进行管理和服务。前期物资储备必须做到位，以保证后续施工的连续性。 2、主要工程项目的施工方案及技术措施。沥青混凝土上面层及中面层采用SBS型成品改性沥青，其施工质量控制是本合同段工程的关键工程。重点工程的技术保障需要层层审核，确保工程质量。 3、安全生产管理体系的制定。在本合同段分别就施工安全技术措施、机电设备、施工操作、安全教育、安全检查、事故处理等方面，设立安全责任岗位，建立安全生产管理体系。 4、应对突发事件的应急处置办法的制定。本着“安全第一，降低损失”的原则，制定完善的应急处置办法。确保项目顺利进行，以及工程质量和企业效益的提高。 关键词：路面工程 施工组织 施工方案 技术措施 工程质量 安全生产管理体系 Abstract In this paper, preliminary design, have a comprehensive understanding of a sub-part of the project to the the Qinzhou Port 1, the the construction task organizational division of labor and procedural arrangements.
