浅析成都市土地资源保护与可持续利用 内容摘要：土地是人类赖以生存的空间和物质条件。其供给的稀缺性、自然与社会经济特性并存的二重性对于人类社会的发展至关重要。然而随着城市化进程的加快以及人口的飞速增长，成都市人地关系的矛盾日益凸显，土地资源质量偏低，土地利用结构不合理等问题也日益加剧，因此保护土地资源，使其能实现可持续性的为人类所利用迫在眉睫。本文通过结合成都市经济发展的定位以及当前土地资源利用现状的基本特点，采用层次分析法和综合指数法对成都市土地可持续利用现状进行了分析，结果表明成都市目前处于土地可持续利用的初步阶段，并进一步从中总结了成都市土地资源当前在利用中存在的主要问题和如何进行土地资源可持续利用的方向。文末提出了若干成都市土地资源保护与可持续利用的对策和建议。 关键词：土地资源 成都市 保护 可持续利用 Analyses of land resources protection and sustainable utilization of Chengdu city Abstract: Land is the survival of the human space and material conditions. The scarcity of supply, natural and social economic characteristics of duality is vital for the development of human society. However, with the speeding up of urbanization and the rapid growth of the population, Such problems as the contradiction of man-land relationship of Chengdu has highlighted, Low quality of land resources, and unreasonable land use is also growing, Thus protect the land resources, make its can continuous use by humans is imminent. In this paper, by combining the economic development of Chengdu city orientation and the basic characteristics of land resources utilization, Using analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and comprehensive index method are analyzed about the present situation of sustainable land use of Chengdu, the result shows that chengdu is at a preliminary stage of sustainable land use .the main problems existing in current use of Chengdu land resources are further analyzed and put forward how to carry out the direction of the sustainable utilization of land resources. In the end the paper puts forward a number of Chengdu land resources protection and sustainable utilization countermeasures and Suggestions.
