分型辨治肠道易激综合征84例（Differential treatment of irritable bowel syndrome in 84 cases） Differential treatment of irritable bowel syndrome in 84 cases Update Date: 2011-06-24 Click: Liu Yongqi Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common disease in digestive tract, which accounts for about 30% to 50% of gastrointestinal diseases. Although symptomatic treatment of this disease can be effective, but radical cure is often difficult. The author used 84 cases of TCM syndrome differentiation from 1994-07 to 1996-12, with satisfactory results. It is hereby reported as follows. 1 general information There were 84 cases, 52 males and 32 females, aged less than 30 years, 8 cases, 30~40 years old, 42 cases, 41~50 years old, 24 cases, 51~60 years old, 10 cases. The course of disease was less than 1 A, 36 cases, 1~2 a, 34 cases, 3~5 a, 14 cases. All the cases had typical symptoms, and the stool routine examination showed mucus. Of these, 44 showed a few red and white cells except for Entamoeba, cysts, and other protozoa, schistosome eggs, and so on. Occult blood test were negative stool cultures no pathogens. In 16 cases of rectal sigmoidoscopy, 68 cases of intestinal mucosa showed excessive secretion. Of these, 44 had mild hyperemia and edema of the intestinal mucosa.
