ICU treatment: all patients underwent mechanical ventilation, monitoring heart rate (HR), electrocardiogram (ECG), mean arterial pressure (MAP), central venous pressure (CVP), pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2), end tidal CO2 (PetCO2), changes of blood gas, electrolyte and urine volume. 23 cases of aspiration were intermittent positive pressure ventilation (IPPV): tidal volume (VT) 8~12 ml/kg, respiratory ratio (I: E) was 1 to 1.5 to 2. When the concentration of inhaled oxygen (FiO2) 0.6, 17 cases of SpO296%, PetCO2 4.67 to 6 kPa (1 kPa=7.5 mm Hg), arterial oxygen partial pressure (PaO2) 12.67 kPa.
