GENERAL
Scope
The scope of this coordination procedure is to define:
- the criteria for regulating relations between the parties involved;
general and unequivocal rules concerning the main aspects of project administration and management (i.e. organization, correspondence coding, distribution, reporting, etc).
NOTE: CONTRACTOR to consider this Coordination Procedure as a guideline only.
The Project Coordination Procedure reflects the one used for the BASIC/FEED Engineering. The same apply to the attachments.
The Project Coordination Procedure will be prepared by CONTRACTOR reflecting the content of this procedure as minimum requirements and shall be approved by Company.

The following shall be indicated on all types of correspondence and documentation produced to identify the project:

Short Project Information

Type of Contract
The contract is a LSTK (Lump Sum Turn Key).
The contract includes:
Basic/FEED verification
Detailed Engineering Design
Equipment/materials procurement and testing
Construction and field testing
PRECOMMISSIONING, COMMISSIONING and START-UP
Language
The official language for the project will be English.
Abbreviations
The captions for documents, drawings and correspondence are attached in para 6.
ORGANIZATION
General
The Contract management shall be carried out under the responsibility of the Contractor’s Representative.
