摘　　要 随着计算机技术的迅猛发展，使得客户信息管理的技术手段和载体发生了革命性的变化，传统的客户信息管理方式已经不能满足企业发展的需要，迫切需要利用已经拥有的计算机、网络资源，实现企业的信息化，加快企业内部的信息交流与信息的有效利用。 为此设计一个中小企业客户信息管理系统，提供针对不同客户群进行管理的信息平台。本文主要通过使用MicrosoftVisual Basic和ACCESS2007，设计了一个中小企业客户信息管理系统，即数据库应用程序。该系统主要采用面向对象设计，将数据库操作封装在类中，使得程序结构清晰并且易于维护；充分利用了界面与业务逻辑分离的三层架构，提高了系统的性能，体现出了客户信息管理系统的安全性、可维护性、重用性和扩展性的优点。 本文首先简要介绍了客户信息管理系统的发展背景、意义及研究方法，然后对中小化工企业客户信息管理系统进行了系统分析，在此基础上完成了中小企业客户信息管理系统的数据库设计和界面设计，最后运用MicrosoftVisual Basic和ACCESS 2007实现了本系统，系统运行状况良好，达到了企业需求。 关键词：客户信息管理，数据库应用，信息管理系统 Design of Customer Information Management System for the SMEs Abstract With the rapid development of computer technology，great changes have taken place in customer information management especially on the technical means and vectors，and the traditional customer information management has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise development．There is an urgent need to speedup the internal exchange of information and to improve the use of information all the computer and network resources we already have． There for we designed a SMEs customer information management system．which will provide different management according to different customers．In the paper，we explain the function and feature of this SMEs customer information management system．as well as how to use Visual BasicandAccess2007 to develop a database application．This system is mainly based on object-oriented design, packaging operation of the data base in class，which makes the program structure clear and easily maintained．Besides，we use three．1ayer structure that interface and business is separated logically，which help to improve the performance of system and bring us safety， maintainability，reuSability and extensibility． In this paper，first of describe the background，meaning and research methods，and then which based on the systems analysis of SMEs customer information management system gives an introduction of a complete design of that system，and finally successfully meets the demand of the enterprises with wor
