NICU 院内感染的分析及护理对策 【摘要】目的：分析研究新生儿痛重症监护（NICU）院内感染的高危因素，了解预防和控制院内感染的措施，探寻对NICU感染者的护理对策。方法：回顾性分析2010年1月到2011年11月我院收治的416例发生NICU院内感染的新生儿患者的临床资料和护理干预措施，采用logstic回归分析感染的高危因素，讨论合理有效的护理措施。结果：新生儿NICU院内感染主要的危险因素主要有：自身感染、长期使用光谱抗生素、侵入性操作感染、交叉感染，416例NICU院内感染86例，通过对基础护理、病区严格管理、医务人员关于医院感染知识的培训等及合理的护理措施院内感染发生明显减少。结论：新生儿由于免疫系统尚不成熟，容易受周围环境的影响导致院内感染，NICU是医院感染的重点监控区域，医护人员采取各种合理的防治措施，可以有效的控制新生儿院内感染，保证新生儿在NICU中的安全。 【关键词】新生儿；NICU；院内感染；护理；高危因素；对策 The analysis of the NICU nosocomial infection and nursing countermeasures 【 abstract 】 objective: to analyse the neonatal pain intensive care (NICU) nosocomial infection risk factors, understand the prevention and control measures of nosocomial infection, and explores the NICU infections of the nursing countermeasures.
