China has seen the development of a fast-growing industry and employment relations, along with a lot of problems. In fact, the labor force is still oversupply with Chinese leaders, (David L. Schabel, 2008) . This article is a comparative study of the similarities and differences of the labor relations between China and the United States. II.Comparison of Chinese and American labor relations 1.The national level- labor laws In the case of China, in 1994, the people of the Republic of Chinas labor law enacted its promulgation and implementation, to prove that the problem of labor relations in China has embarked on the track of the rule of law. Subsequently, China has promulgated a series of laws and regulations, the adjustment of labor relations, such as Employment Law and Labor Contract Law, in this way, China has established a highly efficient and effective labor relations adjustment mechanism. Enacted in 2008, labor contract Law of the Peoples Republic of China welcomed and accepted the understanding and support of the masses of workers, most operators have played a positive role in the development of harmonious labor relations, and gradually improve labor legal system and legislation.
